triplex with sec 8 tenants
Hi guys. I'm looking to purchase my first triplex and I need some help. I found one that interested me and running the numbers, the monthly cashflow looks good but the ROI seems pretty low. Let me elaborate; mortgage plus expenses (repairs, capex, vacancy etc) comes out to about $3113, total incoming rent from all 3 units combined $3645. Giving a down payment of 125k (25%). Whats your opinion on this deal?
PS. all 3 units are sec 8 tenants.
