Just passed my IL Exam and looking for a Sponsoring broker.

I just passed my Illinois Real Estate Exam and looking for a sponsoring broker. There are so many options and many have similarities as far as commission splits and training at least what they advertise online.  Does anyone have any suggestions or their experience for new agents ? Looking to start out in NorthWest Side Suburbs. Buffalo Grove, Northbrook, Vernon Hills etc.
