assignment clause solid?
im wondering if my assignment clause is solid enough i was thinking about rewording it or maybe keeping it the same.
it words like this. successors and assignees:The terms and conditions of this contract shall bind all successors, heirs, administrators, trustees, executors and assignees of the respective parties.
should it be worded diffrent or is it fine the way it is?
