Arkansas CPA or attorney referral

I'm seeking a referral on behalf of my wife's family.

My wife's grandmother recently lost her husband and has decided to downsize into a new smaller home. The title of her current home is in her son and daughter's name (My wife's dad and aunt), which they were advised to do 20+ years ago for reasons that I am unclear about. They would like to consult with someone regarding the pros and cons of their different options, including tax and estate planning consequences.  I'm not sure if they need to start with a CPA or an attorney licensed in Arkansas. Any recommendations I can pass on to them?
