where can I find wholesalers in my area?

i'm looking for wholesalers in washington and arizona. Are there directories of these people or do i just have to call realtors to find them or go shake hands down at the court house auctions?

@Kyle Baxter Most realtors will not know any wholesalers, unless the realtor is interested in REI themselves. Your best bet will be local facebook groups (search the city and use key words like: XYZ City in Washington/Arizona Real Estate Group or Real Estate Investors). You'll likely find several groups, some will be duds, but you might find an active one.

Next, try going to a local REI meet-up, there will be wholesalers there, and they will love to get you on their buyers list!
