HUD section 8 question
Hello Investors community
In contract to buy a duplex in Lake Havasu city AZ, we have 1 of the tenant that has been there for 17 yrs, receive HUD rent assistance basically a section 8.
If we send a 60 days notice ( month to month lease - should be 30 days notice ) to evict , will HUD can oppose to eviction ? since the rent market is around $1175 to $1275.
