COVID & commercial real estate "niches": positive or negative?
I am new to the investing world (1 investment property so far) and was wondering how different commercial "niches" have been impact before and after covid regulations. I am specifically interested in the areas of multifamilies, retail, storage, and mobile home parks and would love to hear all your experiences. Thanks ahead of time!
