Buying Closed Bank Locations for Repurposing

Hey, everyone.  I've been thinking that there are going to be opportunities to invest in bank locations that have closed down and to then repurpose them for other uses (medical building, multi-tenant space, etc.).  Has anyone had experience doing this already?

What would you do with the vault? They take up a fair amount of space and aren't suited to adaptation.
