How are the sit down restaurants doing?

Does anyone have any data or an asset they can share with me regarding the casual restaurants.  American's love to eat and man are there options.  I know that the casual sit down restaurant got hit hard during the pandemic and past recessions but which ones are thriving if at all?  I'm talking about the IHOP, Red Robins, and TGIF Fridays of the world.  Share your knowledge or even your opinion on this asset class.  Cheers!
