Real Estate Investing as a Individual or as a Business?

I hope everyone is doing well! I’m looking into financing for my first Commercial Property and I wanted to know if there’s any benefit to buying Commercial Properties as a business entity than an individual. 

Any sort of insight would be much appreciated.
