What is your favorite syndication and why?

I wanted to know from investors what their current opinion is on one of their syndication investments.  Why do you like the Syndicator?  Are they responsive? Have experience? Do they return your phone calls?  Did they meet their targets? etc.

Hey John,

I work at a real estate investment advisory firm in Denver and we specialize in helping clients invest in syndications. The offerings we have on our menu are largely Reg-D offerings, meaning that they are only open to accredited investors and require vetting and underwriting by a broker-dealer. Our broker-dealer is called Emerson Equity, and they are the entity that underwrites the deals before they are available to be offered to our clients. We then provide a second later of due diligence on these offerings.

We focus on self storage, MF, student housing, mineral rights, government lease, industrial, and avoid retail and office. We also offer DSTs, which are 1031-exchangeable syndications.

Some sponsors we work with and have for years are: Cantor Fitzgerald, Carter Exchange, InCommercial, Passco.

Feel free to reach out if you'd like to hear more.
