Multifamily investing CANADA

Hello everyone,

I'm currently 20 years old looking for multifamily RE investors to talk to. I just really want to hear everyones story, gain more knowledge so I use these experiences. Recently i've been trying so hard to find owners of 12 plex, 32 plex you name it! I've spent countless hours on google maps looking for these properties just so I can get in contact with these owners take them to lunch and get their story. It's been really hard you can't just look them up like in the U.S you need a license here. Anybody know anyway around this? Or does anyone just want to chat? I'm so eager to learn if you have 2 minutes please just message me id love to talk. I'm also struggling to find people in my area to meet up with anybody know any tricks to meet investors?

@Sam Chicquen you can google for those groups: "land lord associations in Ottawa" "Real Estate Associations in Ottawa". Just make it up and go! As a young man in Ottawa in the early 1960's the only thing I invested in was street car tickets to Hull!🍺 Lots of Canadians invest in the US and they are very active on this Board.
