Hello, my name is Andre, I want to help some new Investors in USA to build and begin a self Storage Business . 

I´ve being trying to find comparison numbers on SS x Apartments, plus all the advantages to the investors . 

And finally if someone have Advises for a first time SS building , to avoid mistakes, Id really appreciate it .

Thank you Sir , I want to prove to the investors that SelfStorage is better investment than apartments. Through statistics numbers on price of sqft and cap rate . 

 You can't prove that. Its going to depend on investor goals and deal facts.
