Hey everyone - quick research question, would appreciate any thoughts!

I’m curious for both sides of the market:

For experienced sponsors: What’s your biggest challenge when it comes to funding your deals today?

For passive investors: Would you be interested in investing $1K–$5K into residential real estate deals that are vetted and managed by experienced sponsors?

Trying to learn more about the challenges on both sides.
