Need to Lease an Event Hall

Hello BP Community, does anyone know where I should turn for help leasing an event hall. This hall is located on the south side of Louisville and I am trying to find a commercial tenant to occupy the space. I only have experience leasing residential apartments so I am unsure where to go to find commercial tenants. Any advice you can provide is greatly appreciated!
