Hi @Richard ball. I was about to start a thread on this topic. I have a friend and business aqaintance who is very experienced with commercial real estate in Canada but is interested in investing in Detroit Commercial office buildlings or possibly Commercial retail approx 50,000 sf and up...... 

Most of my contacts in Detroit are in the residential market. So if anyone can provide referrals for someone experienced and knowlegable with Detroit Commercial deals and the best investment areas. Please contact me.  Thanks.
