Owner financing/Carry back
If you find a deal of a 16 or more unit multi family of a retiring owner that will owner finance.
How do you know when they finance you for a set price before you season the property and buy them out that that is all they owe on the property ? Is there dead recordings and/or papers filed ???? Thank you
