Hi everyone,

I am heading up a syndication deal in which we are interested in either developing or acquiring a self storage facility in an area of our state that has been expanding. I am curious if anyone knows of a company that conducts market analysis to assess local demand, saturation, and/or best possible locations? Or would you recommend I contact a local appraisal or commercial broker? Thanks.
