Commercial loan amounts
If I found a property that was priced at say 1m and had a 12% cap and a DSR of 1.5 (I don't even know if I can make those numbers add up- but bear with me). Then I find a bank that looks for a minimum of 8% and 1.2. Would the bank loan over the asking- an amount commensurate with the current cap and DSR so I could do renovations and such?
