Mobile Home Park Deal Flow

One of my goals of the year is to add at least 200 pads of MHP to the portfolio. I'd like this to be 2-4 parks. Does anyone have any good insight on bringing in deals? So far we have done mailers and mobilehomeparkstore.com. 

Also, any MHP brokers that people would recommend would be great as well.
