Using CoStar National Suite I am only able to get certain information. Other than the property analysis I would like to have sources that gives information regarding a submarket economy, if that makes sense. For me it is very important to know what industries are thriving in a given market. As of now I have been using BLS.gov as my main source. REIS from what I hear is a great tool, but it is not feasible for me at this time given that CoStar costs an arm and a leg.
