Question the selling agent could answer

Morning. I'm looking to find info on a warehouse building. Such as previous uses and if the property was rented out or used for personal business to figure out the NOI. My question is, are these type of questions the listing agent could answer for me? Thanks.

Hi Jake, it wasn't clear in your original question that the property was vacant and you were trying to figure out potential NOI. You could start by figuring out what sort of businesses can and would want to use the warehouse. See what other businesses there are nearby in similar property. Are they doing well? Is there demand or other empty warehouses too? Then you could talk with some commercial brokers and commercial leasing agents to see what the current market rents /sq ft are in that area.
