Please let me know if you know anyone who would be great for a role like this? Thanks!

There are tons of retail property manager companies out here in GA. Some of them take on only larger projects that give them a certain yield to manage. Typical management fees here are around 4 to 5% of gross collected rents for the smaller centers. By (getting the remaining spaces ready) you mean negotiating the LOI or lease that is tenant rep brokering and a separate fee from managing the property. If you mean watching over TI,contractors, and getting CO they might charge more for that until the properties are stabilized and paying the rent as much more work is involved then just doing the books with ongoing paying tenants. I do not know if Skyline goes all the way to Ellijay. Might have to use different companies for each center. Kennesaw is strong suburban in MSA area. Ellijay is way out from Kennesaw like 1 hour away at the top part of GA past Jasper and more rural. Skyline does manage some of the smaller centers out here.
