Commercial Strip Mall analysis

Hello fellas, I'm pretty familiar with analyzing Multi-Family units, but not so much Strip Malls. Is there a good analysis Spreadsheet from some guru or a good book that I can get more familiar with analyzing these type of Commercial properties?

Thanks in advance

I've been buying commercial lately. In both cases you're buying a rent roll. The amount I'll pay for that rent roll (ratio) is different on my commercial stuff as it tends to be NNN and more truly "mailbox money"
