starting in commercial investing
I have a question: There are a lot of terriffic and very intelligent investers on this site what I would and I'm sure many other potential investers would like to know is ( How did all of you start
out with your 1st commercial family property? ) I don't think everyone on this site was born with a silver spoon. I would like to see more discussion on how the successfull investers got their start. If you can direct us newbees to the sources that helped you get started. I hope this doesn't offend anybody I just think this dialoge would be of great help.
