Looking for a better understanding

Hello BP, I am currently in Dallas and have been to a few real estate"seminars" and have had minor success on my own, prior. I would like to know if there was someone with some experience that I could work with and help out in exchange for a glimpse into how larger deals are put together. Hey mark, send me a note, id meet up for coffee to give you my take of things in Dallas, my wife and I aren't super experienced investors, we have only done a half dozen deals. But we have bought in a fair number of neighborhoods in the Dallas area and I think we have a decent take on getting started by house hacking and we just completed our first flip.
