Where are the equity marketing post on BP?
I switched gears about 3 years ago and focused on equity marketing and exchanging. We still have apartments, offices, do single-family flips, and do some development. However, I have seen more opportunity at Equity marketing sessions then anywhere. I know they exist because I attend a lot of them all over the country. How can the most powerful and educational topic that I have seen, never make it on BiggerPockets?
Maybe Equity marketing is just too specialized for the masses? Are there a handful of you out there in BP land?
