Commercial Real Estate Agent in Tampa or Miami/Ft. Lauderdale

I’m looking to get into commercial real estate in Florida in either the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale area or the Tampa area and I was wondering if anyone has any guidance regarding the markets? It seems like cap rates are better on the gulf side than the east coast which points towards Tampa. Thanks!
