Where would I find insurance for commercial shop/warehouse comple
I own a class c complex with 6 units of 2000 sq feet each that is 2 offices, bath, and shop for 12000 sq feet, and a pole barn type storage building that is tin metal, about 8000 sq feet total with 3 tenants. I am looking for a landlords policy... my current carrier pulled out of my state. My agent is "searching" but taking a long time. My rebuild value is about $1.8 million per a very well qualified contractor friend. Is there a website I can get multiple quotes for commercial buildings like this, or a recommended firm? I live in Idaho and had 1 claim in 12 years of ownership, 6K this summer for hail damage we all got. Thanks much!!
