Downtown Dallas lunch meetup?

I work in downtown Dallas and am hoping to get together over lunch with likeminded people to share RE investment goals and knowledge. Does anyone know of an established RE investment lunch meetup in Dallas? Or else, would anyone be interested in getting together to talk shop over lunch from time to time?

Also I believe there is one every second Wed of each month in second Euless. Since I am new to the DFW area I googled and it's near the airport :) 

Anyone others that I don't know about? Will try to attend both if I have time.
