RV storage in north at self storage facility

We got a local self storage facility under contract yesterday in an off-market deal. Currently there are 3 buildings and there is room for 3 more buildings, so plenty of space. I am wondering if there may be a market for RV storage if we put up a secure fence around the property.  We are in northern Ohio, so I figured that anyone wanting to store an RV would want something enclosed or at least with a roof, but several colleagues have said there is a strong market for just open parking. Wondered if anyone has experience with this?
