Hello BP world,

I'm wondering if anyone is into storage locker investing here?  I'm brand new to it, but have been doing some research.  Interested in hearing the do's and don'ts from anyone with experience?

Thank you in advance for sharing..

Hey Rick!

If they're really BIG lockers like 10x10.

Seriously though, I'm assuming you mean Self Storage Facilities, which could have 50 units up to over 500 units.  It's been very good to me & my family and we invest in NOTHING but Self Storage now.

They have a similar pricing model to Apartments, but (as I like to say): no toilets, no tenants, no trash.

If you think you may be interested in moving forward, I have a few tools in my toolbox that may be of service to you. Just like any new endeavor you're going to want to go into eyes wide open and learn as much as you can beforehand.

Please look up investing in Self Storage on the internet - lots of articles, videos, etc., or PM me.

Best of luck to you!

Scott
