Buying Commercial Land or Rezoning
Please redirect me if I'm posting in the wrong forum -- I'm new here.
I am looking to purchase commercial land for a new build, but it has been hard to find good resources. And when I do find options, the commercial prices seem to be at a premium. Is it better to shop for residential (or other) zoned land and pursue the prospect of rezoning? If not, do you have any recommendations on how to find land for commercial use?
