Hey guys I was just wanting to know if anybody had some good intel or advice for potential up in coming areas or developing neighborhoods that could yeild profitable returns? Such as expanding business areas, shopping districts, a Wal-Mart, etc.

I know that they're planning on expanding to the south side of Yukon along Garth Brooks Boulevard from 10th Street down to 44th Street with strip malls and up-and-coming housing additions. I've also seen a lot of activity along North Piedmont Road on the North side as well.

there is a pretty good chat they do each week on newsok.com run by steve lackmeyer. generally something of interest will come up if you take the time to read through it.

Check into the MAPS projects that are coming up. I would also look into the innovation district, capitol hill development, wheeler district and old town Britton. It looks like there is going to be a ton of money flowing into these areas.
