Does anyone have comments on Dequindre Road, Warren, MI?

I was looking for feedback on this area of 8 mile road and Dequindre in warren ,MI.

I have a client that might be looking at a property there.

I didn't know if Michigan had some real nice parts to it or it was all like Detroit.

Thanks for any insight. This is for triple net stuff so was wanting info on the area more than anything.
