Self Storage Questions

I’ve wanted to invest in self storage for years now and have not moved past “thinking” for some reason.

We are in the DFW are and want to invest in the area or within 2 hours.

Is anyone here in the DFW and willing know someone who would let me pick their brain about self storage?

@Robert Miller, I'd suggest you dig into BP and make sure you've set keywords alerts with plenty of "self storage" terms.  I'm sure you'll quickly find a lot of information and easily find others who have done exactly what you're doing.  We've been fortunate to have done deals in many places and as localized as the Self Storage market is, it's critical to understand exactly what the local environment is and what investors and customers expect and what they might really respond to.  Good luck!
