Evaluating an industrial property?
I’m a real estate agent that is making the transition into commercial real estate for my brokerage. I have a client who is is looking for an industrial property. I’m not as familiar with evaluating industrial properties as I am multi family property.
How do I determine what the target lease price should be on a property?
