Do we supply appliances ?

We have a piece of commercial property that we are in the process of remodeling and we will be leasing it out once we’re done with the remodel. We are going back and forth about supplying or even putting in a stove, microwave and/or a refrigerator. Any thoughts on supplying these things for break room in a commercial property to lease?

For a Eddie trial property every time, for a commercial property never. Deliver it s a vanilla shell and have it returned as same when lease is over.
