Hello Guys

I want to make the first step in reaching out to someone on investing in Property. Is it best to go a Realtor or LLC. Site and start calling home owners/office managers to buy their property? And if I have the cash would I be required to have a bank back me? And please be gentle with responses. I am very new to this and want to make the right decision.
