I am in process of renting my home. Never done this and wondering if anyone has any rental application that they can share. Also, wondering if anyone has any other suggestions as to how to go about doing it.

@Arta Montero there are various types of paperwork in the FilePlace here on BP.  They have moved it so I don't have a link.  There are also some good books available that have the things you need included.

One book that has gotten good review is Landlording, it is a big yellow book by Leigh Robinson I think.  Nolo press has a book every landlords legal guide.

There are also some very good books published by BP but I don't think they address what you are looking for. Google is your friend. A search will come up with lots of resources.
