Commercial Land Under Contract 33k VPD

I have off market vacant commercial land under contract in Hammond, IN. The land is located on a busy intersection about .25 mile from I-80/94, on Rt. 41 with an average of 33,000 vpd. I think the land would be perfect for a Subway but I'm not sure how to get in the right hands. Does anyone have any experience with this? I created a information/ spec sheet for it, just not sure how to shop it out. Maybe local commercial realtors?

@Adina McCollough and @Shay Reddy you can find contact info for real estate department and site submissions on the website of the companies you want to target. Also you can check top commercial firms to see who reps national and regional chains in your area. Check CBRE, Colliers, Thalhimer etc
