I am looking into investing in an outdoor storage facility. I have gotten most of my expenses down in the spreadsheet, except for the insurance. Does anyone have any experience with what policy I may need and the costs?

@Jess McLaughlin would still want liability, business income, wrongful auction/towing/gates/cameras, etc. I’d recommend still reaching out to MiniCo or World Insurance Associates
