Has anyone invested in wind farm/windmill farm?

Hi everyone, new to Bigger Pockets. I decided to join the forums after listening to awesome podcasts over the years by Brandon Turner and Joshua Dorkin.

I am interested in investing in wind farm/windmill farm and was unable to find any previous forums on this topic.

Has anyone here had any experience in establishing a windmill farm or invested in one? Would love to hear their thoughts on the process:

1) How to scope out land prime for windmills?

2) How to reach out to companies that install windmills?

3) What is an average return?

4) Usual pitfalls and challenges.
