Help networking in Florida

Looking for advice on how to build solid relationships in the industrial real estate market in Florida and how to go from someone that hasn't gotten their first deal and doesn't have that momentum of success. I know it will take years but I'm ready for the next step of action and networking just trying to see what steps some of you guys took to get to be in the position that you're in today.
