How to market your commercial project to brands?
Hello all this is my first post on Biggerpockets. I recently switched careers and am new to the real estate industry. I work for a company that is just beginning to branch out into commercial real estate. I have been tasked with marketing our project to international food chains, local clothing brands, furniture companies etc. The project is a small/medium sized mall. Where can i find sample presentations of this ilk to learn from? I would greatly appreciate any advice.
