Self Storage in New Mexico

Hi BP community!  A couple of quick questions I'm looking for feedback on, and thank you in advance!  I really appreciate the support.

1. Insurance broker recommendations and/or good insurance providers in New Mexico who deal with self storage?

2. Can you really remove a delinquent tenant's belongings 30 days after being late?  I read you can relocate their stuff to a separate storage area (as long as it's secured) and then serve them a 60 day notice, followed by an auction.

Thank you so much!
Cameron
