Hello BP community does anyone know when calculating NOI on a triple net lease investment is the loan payment for the investment included in the NOI calculation? Appreciate your insight Thanks

Hello Kevin,

Your debt service (loan payment) is NOT considered in the NOI calculation. Debt service is subtracted from NOI to figure your before tax cash flow.
