Any recommendations on how to find foreclosures in San Antonio so far all I’ve found is paid websites and I’m not sure how accurate that is…

Use Zillow and search specifically using Foreclosure or Pre-Foreclosure, actually drive the neighborhoods and look for homes that appear to be vacant/have overgrown grass, homes that look Leila they haven’t been maintained. Also if you can get a list from the court house that auction.com is hosting and/or direct list from court house you will find the trustee and law firm contact information.

go to the Bexar County Clerk's office website. They list the property as soon as the trustee files the notice.

You could look them up in the court records or you could get them from a data provider like list source, propstream, batch, etc
