Auction.com

Has anybody here purchased a short sale through auction.com? This appears to be a new service they are offering. I have purchased several foreclosed homes through them, but not short sales. My fear is that the closing will take months or not close at all, as is typical with short sales, during which time I'll lose out on other deals because my capital is committed. Either that or lose my 5% deposit. Thanks!

Have any of you looked into what some of the draw backs might be, such as liens on the property? Ive contemplated using Auction.com several times but I just havent felt confident enough to pull the trigger.
