Guys, a basic question: For the foreclosure alerts posted by bigger pockets, where can we find more details about the current status of the property? Specifically, I got an alert for the property below, but no other real estate website lists it as per-forclosure.

I don't have access to BP's foreclosure alert system and I'm not sure where they download this information from, but as @Eliott Elias mentioned, the BEST source is at your county courthouse. Rubin Lublin is a law office the handles a lot cases in Georgia - right now there are 11 active cases in Chatham county on their website:

If you're not finding the property on any other lists it may be because the sale has been cancelled.
